Privacy Policy

Effective August 4, 2026 · Version 2026-08-04

This Privacy Policy explains how Tetri ("Tetri", "we", "us"), operated by FLYTE Bio, LLC, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our biotechnology business-development platform (the "Service"). For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact jeff@flyte.bio.

1. Who is responsible for your data

For personal data about your own account and use of the Service, Tetri is the data controller. For the contact and company records you upload or research within your workspace("Customer Data"), you are the controller and Tetri acts as your processor, handling that data only on your instructions and as described here and in our Terms.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, workspace, role, and authentication credentials.
  • Customer Data — the contacts, companies, notes, pipelines, and research you create or import (names, business emails, job titles, LinkedIn/company info).
  • Connected mailbox data — if you connect an email account, the messages and metadata needed to surface correspondence with your contacts. We only ingest mail involving people already in your CRM.
  • Usage data — feature usage, token consumption, logs, and device/connection information.
  • Payment data — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use data

To provide and operate the Service; to run research, enrichment, and AI-assisted features you request; to meter usage and bill you; to secure the platform and prevent abuse; to provide support; and to comply with law.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the Service); legitimate interests (operating and securing the platform, and B2B business development, balanced against individuals' rights); consent where required (e.g. connecting a mailbox); and legal obligation.

5. Sub-processors

We share data with vetted service providers who process it on our behalf under data-protection terms:

  • SupabaseDatabase, authentication, and file storage.
  • VercelApplication hosting and delivery.
  • AnthropicAI model provider (research, drafting, scoring).
  • StripePayment processing.
  • UnipileEmail mailbox connection (read/send on your behalf).
  • TrigifyLinkedIn engagement signals and profile enrichment.
  • LeadMagicBusiness contact email/phone enrichment.
  • Brave SearchWeb search used during research.

We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You can delete individual records at any time, and deleting your workspace removes its Customer Data.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Email jeff@flyte.bio and we will respond within the time the law requires. For Customer Data held on behalf of a workspace, we will refer requests to that workspace (the controller).

9. Security

We use row-level data isolation between workspaces, encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a qualifying breach as required by law.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Children

The Service is for business use and not directed to anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
