Terms of Service
Effective August 4, 2026 · Version 2026-08-04
These Terms govern your access to and use of Tetri (the "Service"), operated by FLYTE Bio, LLC ("Tetri", "we"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts & access
Tetri is provided to business users, typically on an invite or contracted basis. You are responsible for your account, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your workspace. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization.
2. Your data & your responsibilities
You retain ownership of the contacts, companies, and other records you upload or generate ("Customer Data"). You represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to collect and process that data (including any personal data of third parties), that you will use it only for legitimate business development, and that you will honor applicable privacy laws (including data-subject requests, opt-outs, and anti-spam rules). Tetri processes Customer Data as your processor, on your instructions.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, upload malware, attempt to breach security or another workspace's data, scrape or misuse the Service, or violate the terms of any connected third-party service (including LinkedIn, email providers, and CRM integrations).
4. Third-party data & services
The Service surfaces data from third-party sources (e.g. web research, LinkedIn engagement signals via Trigify, contact enrichment via LeadMagic) and connects to services you authorize (e.g. your mailbox, HubSpot/Salesforce). That data is provided "as is," may be inaccurate or incomplete, and your use of it is subject to those third parties' terms, which you are responsible for complying with.
5. AI output — not professional advice
Tetri's research, scores, drafts, and recommendations are AI-assisted and provided for informational purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied on as, investment, financial, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Output may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for verifying it and for any decisions or communications you make based on it.
6. Fees
Paid plans and token allowances are billed as described at purchase, through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice for future terms.
7. Intellectual property
Tetri and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You keep your Customer Data.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information disclosed through the Service and use it only to perform under these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TETRI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Tetri harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including privacy and anti-spam law).
12. Termination
Either party may terminate as described in any order or, absent one, on notice. On termination your access ends and we will delete or return Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes take effect on posting with a new version date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
